London (Bridge) calling
Previously settled in a serviced space in Victoria, World Rugby were looking for a change.
Think modern and easily accessible; a managed office where they knew they could rely on quality and enhance their brand identity even further, reflective of their Dublin HQ.
Gathering employee feedback to ensure collective happiness was front of mind, and with the majority of the team based in the South West, Tasha Giddings knew London Bridge was a strong candidate.
📍 Woolyard, London Bridge
Woolyard was actually the first office the team saw, setting the standard for the remainder of the viewings, and 3 further visits with wider team members helped cement the decision.
With a 2 days-a-week in the office hybrid working policy, World Rugby needed a workspace the team would feel excited about coming in to, alongside other key requirements.
A value-driven location
Which encouraged collaboration
Reflective of the company’s brand values
Breakout space was also a must-have - a contributing factor to Woolyard making the final cut - with its range of collaborative spaces within the office, shared lounge and outdoor courtyard perfect for long summer lunches.
When it came to problem-solving…
Tasha’s encouragement for expanding their horizons, and understanding the ideal size of space required by seeing a range of smaller and bigger offices, meant any pain points were negated early on.
Of course, the icing on the cake was arriving to see the pub next to Woolyard adorned with Rugby branding.
A connection which felt like it really was the perfect fit!
